Aunt Madge's Fish House Punch
1/2 pound loaf sugar--little cubes 2 cups concentrated or fresh lemon juice
4 cups lite rum 2 cups brandy
3 ounces peach brandy  
Combine all ingredients in a bowl & let stand a couple of hours. Just before serving, add ice; then to each glass, add some sparkling water. Do not add sparkling water in original amount--only when serving. The concoction looks cloudy, but you must shake it or stir it before serving.
